differentiation

There are two other gg-related groups, gSS and ggcaust. Some think gg = gSS = ggcaust. This isn't true.

I understand that multiple group tags are confusing and no one really gives a fuck about how fansub groups split work or lolinternaldrama, so I've come up with a simple way to let you know the difference without really telling you anything.

[gg] means "project leader koda". [gss] means "project leader eej" and started as a gg-BSS joint. [ggcaust] means "project leader finella" and was born from koda's 2nd ragequit.

All 3 factions are working against each other to destroy one another. So far [gg] is winning by a count of multiple release jacks and acts of sabotage.

I have also come to understand that some people think gg = qq and/or gg = coalguys. If "having common staff members" or "being friends with" mean we're the same group, then yes, we're the same group. They aren't related to gg like gSS and ggcaust are.

It has recently come to our attention that despite being major drama whores, gg has never gone through donation drama. Not wanting to miss out on that experience, we have decided to put up a donation button. I mean, uh..... We're taking money to help pay for the server. Yeah, the server! It costs $79/mo.
